Extra Thick & Extra Funky – Blue Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- Blue Cheese – 5-6 Oz.
- Sour Cream – 2/3 cup
- Mayonaise – 1/3 cup
- Butter Milk – 1/3 cup
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of fresh ground black pepper
- Pinch of oregano
Preperation
- Smash blue cheese into 1/4″ crumbles
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Put in a jar and set for at least 24 hours in the fridge
- Enjoy! Should stay good for 5 days in the fridge.
I really like blue cheese. This is my favorite recipe.
