Extra Thick & Extra Funky – Blue Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • Blue Cheese – 5-6 Oz.
  • Sour Cream – 2/3 cup
  • Mayonaise – 1/3 cup
  • Butter Milk – 1/3 cup
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of fresh ground black pepper
  • Pinch of oregano

Preperation

  1. Smash blue cheese into 1/4″ crumbles
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  3. Put in a jar and set for at least 24 hours in the fridge
  4. Enjoy! Should stay good for 5 days in the fridge.

I really like blue cheese. This is my favorite recipe.

It’s very thick and very funky.
